My passion
I wanted something from the heart, something for the soul, tasty but also to have a special look.
I successfully graduated the courses and moved on. I participated in master classes, with confectioners from the country and abroad. I bought recipes from famous pastry chefs, I read and watched everything related to this field.
I still remember that, after all the information gathered, the experiments in the Kitchen (because of course, many things were not received from the first time) in February 2017, I took my heart in my teeth and did the first photo session with the cakes I cooked and I opened the Facebook page: dessert.md.
I finally saw a result in my work. The family was not thrilled by my decision to leave a prestigious and serious job and start baking cakes. But with ambition and courage I went.

In anything, attitude is an important aspect, which defines the whole result.
The use of quality food is an inevitable part for me, because this way I can express my whole love for my customers, because a healthy and soul-prepared dessert is the foundation of the art of confectionery🧁
