I have been interested in the culinary arts all my life. I liked watching the process, how you can cook delicious dishes from simple products and which look so beautiful at the same time.
I loved watching my mom bake my family's favorite honey cakes and Napoleons, which are still my favorites to this day. But what is most interesting, she baked cupcakes in a wood-fired oven, because at that time it was a tradition. Every Saturday, a fire was lit in the oven and goodies were baked, soaking the whole neighborhood with the smell of baking.
The love of cooking has been passed down from generation to generation, my grandmother was a cook.
She always made the most delicious pastries: pies, baba alba, cherry bagels. And her cookies were the most delicious in the world.
All this inspired me to create gastronomic products, and later the Dessert Florica brand, which will be associated with family traditions, the atmosphere of childhood and warmth.
